Purpose

Tom Hamilton-Dick was a dear colleague, friend and former Trustee of the Skills and Education Group. His advice and counsel were valued by us all, and he will be greatly missed. Tom will forever be remembered as caring, full of charisma, energetic kind-hearted and deeply passionate about the further education sector. He was a talented leader, and his commitment to students saw him rise through the ranks in a career that has now been cruelly cut short.

In his memory, and given his expertise in media, we are offering a £1,500 bursary to an applicant on a film, tv or media studies course who can demonstrate their passion for the subject, but whose circumstances make their participation more difficult than it might otherwise be.

This grant will support a passionate and committed learner from a film, tv and media studies course.
