Everyone deserves a fair chance.

Support education and social mobility by donating today.

Give today and make a real, lasting impact on someone’s future.

The Skills and Education Group Foundation breaks down financial barriers so learners can access the training, tools, and experiences that enable them to thrive. Your donation helps provide opportunities that open doors for people who might otherwise be left behind.

26 Miles. One Mission.

On 26 April, our Chief Executive, Emma Beal, will be taking on the iconic TCS London Marathon.

Emma isn’t just running for the finish line; she is running to champion social mobility. Every mile covered and every pound raised goes directly to the Skills and Education Group Foundation, providing vital support to the heart of our sector: the learners, staff, and providers who strive for excellence every day.

Your support matters, and every donation, no matter the size, will help Emma reach the finish line while enhancing educational opportunities and access. Together, we can ensure everyone has the chance to reach their full potential.

Our impact

£355,395

provided by the Skills and Education Group Foundation to support its members since its establishment in 2019.

6,344

learners, staff, and community stakeholders reached through the Foundation’s support.

5,000%

growth in demand for the learner grant stream since 2019.

Like our purchase of sports equipment for Leicester College that enabled students and staff to deliver 2,500 hours of learning and enrichment activities in the college and across the local community.
Like the 30 care experienced, young carers, refugees and asylum seekers from Luminate Education Group who used our support to take part in a series of “high impact employability” workshops and days that helped them refine their CV writing skills, improve their interview techniques and build their confidence.
Like the 40 Level 1 Childcare learners who visited the Eureka National Children’s Museum and then took part in a role-play workshop, boosting confidence and workplace skills.

Your donations make a real difference.

  • The grant really does make a big impact, and it really does make a difference. So, I’m so grateful that the grant is available because it helps my students tremendously […]you could see the change in them throughout the day ….. and I definitely saw more confidence in the classroom afterwards.
